We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting fundamentals, hands-on reconciliation experience, and the ability to manage day-to-day finance operations with accuracy and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting and reconciliation activities across payment gateways, bank statements, client accounts, and internal records.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Monitor transactions for exceptions, irregularities, and out-of-pattern activity.
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing, reporting, and sign-off activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, control, and efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company processes.
- Support the smooth functioning of the office from an accounting and finance perspective.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounts, reconciliation, finance operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in FMCG, Nutraceuticals, Wellness, E-commerce, or a related sector will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, receivables, credit control, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, ERP, Cointab, or Shopify.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal stakeholders.
