Position: Finance Analyst for Global Performance Insights

Join as a Senior Finance Analyst to lead FP&A activities in a hybrid setting. Deliver impactful financial analysis and reporting that supports senior management decisions and business strategies.

This important role, reporting to an FP&A Director, focuses on generating management reports and insights from global financial data. You will be responsible for maintaining and refining analytical processes that inform business performance and highlight future growth areas. Your analysis will guide key decision-makers across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate comprehensive financial reports monthly

• Analyze business performance indicators and profitability

• Conduct in-depth competitor and product analyses

• Develop and maintain reporting structures across regions

• Create insights for board presentations and proposals

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant financial analysis experience

• Bachelor's degree required in finance or related discipline

• Master's degree preferred in a quantitative field

• Knowledge of Tableau and ERP software

• Strong collaborative skills to liaise with diverse teams
