Finance Analytics Manager

A company is looking for a Finance Analytics Manager to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

Own the GTM analytics infrastructure, building and maintaining data models and reporting frameworks

Lead KPI stewardship across the customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent metric definitions and data structures

Design, execute, and measure GTM experiments, quantifying the financial impact of different approaches

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

8+ years total, or 6+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Data Analytics, or a hybrid role in a high-growth SaaS environment

Advanced SQL proficiency required; experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) strongly preferred

Hands-on experience designing and measuring experiments, including A / B tests and defining success metrics

Deep understanding of financial data structures and SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, etc.)
