Position Overview
Standish Management is a provider of specialized fund administration services for Managers and General Partners of private equity funds – covering Buy-out, Venture Capital, Real Estate, and Fund-of-Funds. We also assist new General Partners with consulting services to accelerate fund launches while providing full fund administration services to established clients. We are seeking associates to join our fund administration team. With guidance from senior team members, the Associate will manage administrative support and investor relations for client funds, including data entry, report compilation, investor correspondence, and managing accounts payables and receivables.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry of financial and client information into the recordkeeping system
- Serve as an essential part of the fund administration team
- Maintain and update various filing systems
- Assist with preparation of data for capital calls, distributions, and allocations to investors
- Correspond with investors regarding fund information
- Manage clients’ management companies’ accounts payables and receivables
- Perform monthly bank reconciliation and compile quarterly reports for Limited Partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a Finance-related field
- Strong academic performance (minimum 3.0 GPA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with Quick Books (a plus)
- Knowledge of various investment accounting concepts
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills with team members
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic

- Compensation: $78,000 annually. Compensation will be based on the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
