Job Title: Finance Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager with expertise in SAP FI/CO to support our Global Operations organization. This role involves acting as a SAP Super User, bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for providing first-line support, training colleagues, troubleshooting daily issues, testing new features, and documenting best practices for specific SAP modules to ensure smooth and efficient system use within the department.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison by communicating user needs and issues to GIS/technical teams and relaying technical information back to business users.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve operational problems, sometimes correcting errors beyond standard user capabilities.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new functionalities or system upgrades.
• Analyze business requirements and help translate them into effective, standard SAP solutions based on industry best practices.
• Train new users and provide ongoing training on updates; create and maintain best practice guides.
• Act as the immediate contact for colleagues with basic questions, transaction issues, or process understanding.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

Essential Skills

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules such as FICO, PP-PI, and WM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and multitask.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP FI/CO consulting, with a focus on Product Costing in a Pharma or CPG manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules, including Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Material Ledger, and Profitability Analysis.
• SAP FI/CO Certification is a plus.

The role is based at North York, ON with a hybrid working model requiring four days per week in the office.
