Job Title: Finance Coordinator (Fresh Graduate)

What you’ll do:

Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily financial operations by processing invoices, tracking payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve billing issues, assist with budgeting and expense reporting, and ensure compliance with company financial policies.

Key Responsibilities:

● Assist in processing invoices, payments, and maintaining financial records

● Support reconciliation of accounts and tracking of expenses

● Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for finance-related documentation

● Help maintain reports, trackers, and ensure timely submission of required financial data

What you’ll need:

● Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.

● 1 year of experience in finance operations or accounting.

● UAE Passport, UAE Family Book.

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles.

● Proficiency in MS Excel.

● Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

● Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

● Experience in handling and resolving queries
