Key Responsibilities:

Financial Operations & Reporting (Hands-on Leadership):

o Oversee all daily financial activities for the US entity, including General Ledger,

AP/AR, Payroll, and Treasury.

o Manage the month-end/year-end closing process; prepare accurate financial

statements in accordance with US GAAP.

o Convert and reconcile financial data to meet Group reporting standards (PRC

GAAP/IFRS) for HQ consolidation.

o Lead the implementation and optimization of financial systems (ERP) and internal

workflows suitable for a growing biotech organization.

FP&A & Strategic Business Partnering:

o Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.

o Provide financial insights to R&D leadership on clinical trial spending, project

ROI, and burn-rate analysis.

o Manage cash flow forecasting and funding requests to ensure operational

liquidity.

Compliance, Tax & Internal Control:

o Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax advisors, and
