Provide interim FP&A leadership for enterprise capital strategy and governance, ensuring continuity of planning, oversight, and decision support across a ~$3B capital portfolio during a transition period.
This role will maintain operating stability while continuing to advance capital governance, transparency, and alignment across Technology, Product, and Operations, with a strong focus on ensuring capital investments are clearly aligned to enterprise strategic priorities.

3.1 Capital Governance and Oversight
- Manage capital intake and governance processes
- Ensure consistent application of investment frameworks and prioritization criteria
- Reinforce alignment of capital investments to strategic priorities and business objectives
- Improve clarity and quality of business cases and investment documentation
- Support decision readiness for capital approvals and tradeoffs
3.2 Financial Planning and Forecasting
- Lead capital forecasting cycles and updates
- Maintain alignment between budgets, forecasts, and execution plans
- Monitor performance and actively manage risks & opportunities
- Ensure funding decisions reflect evolving strategic priorities and execution realities
3.3 Reporting and Transparency
- Deliver clear, executive-ready reporting on capital performance
- Enhance transparency into spend, performance, and execution across the portfolio
- Improve consistency and usability of reporting outputs to support decision-making
- Highlight alignment of capital deployment to strategic priorities in reporting outputs
3.4 Investment to Outcome Alignment
- Improve linkage between capital investments and business outcomes
- Strengthen visibility into how investments align to products, customers, and strategic priorities
- Enable clearer prioritization and accountability across the portfolio
3.5 Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with Technology, Product, and Operations leaders
- Support prioritization discussions and investment tradeoffs grounded in strategic alignment
- Act as primary finance point of contact for capital-related decisions
- Participate in operating reviews and governance forums
3.6 Team Leadership and Capability
- Provide leadership and direction to the capital finance team
- Ensure continuity of deliverables and operating rhythm
- Support onboarding, cross-training, and documentation to strengthen team resilience
- Maintain progress toward a more scalable and future-ready finance team
3.7 Platform and Process Enablement
- Support enterprise platform go-live readiness and post-launch stabilization
- Assist with process improvements and reporting modernization efforts
- Help reduce manual work and improve data usability to enable better analytics over time

- Required Qualifications
- Senior FP&A leadership experience in large, complex organizations (telecom preferred)
- Deep expertise in capital planning financial management and investment governance
- Experience supporting Technology Product or Operations organizations
- Strong executive presence with ability to operate effectively with senior leadership
- Proven ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear actionable insights
- Strong storytelling with data skills with ability to deliver concise executive-ready narratives
