Finance Process & Data Analyst

We are looking for a Finance Systems & Data Analyst to join our Wood Products finance team. In this role, you will support the accuracy and integrity of data flows into SAP financials with a key focus on executing data processes, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining master data to ensure reliable financial reporting across logistics, manufacturing, sales, and external systems. In this role, your key responsibilities are to:

  • Monitor and validate data flow into SAP; investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Support product costing through data maintenance, validation, and variance analysis
  • Maintain master data (material and product hierarchy) in line with governance standards
  • Support pricing and sales data integration to ensure accurate margin reporting
  • Assist with transfer pricing and intercompany transaction validation
  • Execute key data controls and support audit and compliance requirements
  • Prepare recurring reports and perform analysis to identify data issues and trends

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years SAP S/4 HANA experience in controlling, sales and logistics
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, consulting, and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, presentation and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, large data sets)
  • Power BI reporting experience
  • Understanding of accounting concepts and internal controls
  • Process flow and documentation skills
  • Detail oriented, self-starter

What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $69,300-$104,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your base salary. Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
