The Finance & Projects Data Analyst is a critical programme resource responsible for the end-to-end data migration workstream covering financial and project data. This role owns the extraction, analysis, mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation of data from Sage Evolution (Finance) and Deltek Vantagepoint (Project Management) into Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM). The role sits at the intersection of Finance, Projects, and IT, acting as the primary data interface between the business and the Oracle implementation partner.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in ERP data migration or data analyst roles
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials or Oracle PPM (FBDI, ADFdi, HCM Data Loader)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced: Power Query, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation)
- SQL querying for data extraction and validation
- Experience with Sage Evolution or similar financial ERP (Sage 300, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or project-based ERP data migration
- Understanding of General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, and Chart of Accounts structures
- Understanding of project management data structures: WBS, Cost Codes, Resource Planning
- Strong data reconciliation and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field

- Oracle Financials Cloud certification
- Experience with UAE Rukn financial localisation
- ACCA / CPA / CMA professional qualification
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, real estate, or project-based industry
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulatory requirements
- Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, or similar)
- Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or Oracle Integration Cloud
- Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
- Familiarity with Power BI or Oracle Analytics Cloud for reconciliation reporting
- GCC / UAE work experience
