Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Systems Project Manager with experience working with finance systems such as NetSuite, procurement tools, and expense platforms. This role will support the growth and scalability of the finance function by leading system implementations, integrations, and process improvements.The ideal candidate combines finance systems knowledge, project management skills, and an understanding of SOX and audit requirements.

Reporting Line:

This role reports directly to the Head of Projects and Programs (Enterprise Technologies), with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Head of Finance Systems.

The Finance Systems team owns the strategy and governance for core finance platforms, while this role is responsible for project execution, delivery, and driving scalable process improvements in partnership with Finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead finance systems and integration projects from planning through rollout

Translate finance and business requirements into scalable system solutions and documentation

Use project management tools (e.g., Jira) to manage timelines, priorities, and reporting

Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to support project delivery and continuous improvement

Partner with Finance, HR, and Operations teams to optimize enterprise systems and workflows

Ensure systems and processes align with SOX controls, audit requirements, and security standards

Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, and system standardization

Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and project alignment

Required Qualifications:

Background in Finance, Accounting, or Financial Systems

Experience managing finance systems implementations, integrations, or transformation projects

Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, procurement systems, and expense platforms

Understanding of SOX compliance and internal controls

Strong project management and organizational skills

Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with travel management systems (e.g., Navan)

Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools

Exposure to automation or systems optimization initiatives

PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications
