Finance Transformation LeadLocation: Remote - US 

At Sony Interactive Entertainment, we’re redefining the future of Finance—evolving into a strategic, data-driven partner to the business. The Finance Transformation Office (FTO) leads this journey through global, cross-functional initiatives focused on innovation, operating model design, and operational excellence.

As a Finance Transformation Lead, you will play a critical role in executing high-impact transformation programs. You’ll lead day-to-day program management and change initiatives, translating strategy into action and ensuring delivery against key business outcomes—on time, on budget, and with strong adoption.

This is a highly visible, individual contributor role that partners closely with senior leaders across Finance, HR, IT, and external partners to drive meaningful, scalable change.

What You’ll Do

Drive Transformation Execution

Lead end-to-end execution of Finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements and system implementations

Translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables

Manage project governance, including RAID logs, KPIs, and executive reporting

Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery

Design Future-State Operating Models

Support the design and implementation of Finance Target Operating Models (TOM) and Service Delivery Models

Conduct current-state assessments, including process mapping and capability evaluations

Leverage data and insights to inform scalable, efficient future-state solutions

Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with stakeholders across Finance, IT, HR, and external vendors to align on priorities and execution

Act as a liaison between the Transformation Office and business teams to ensure seamless delivery

Coordinate global, cross-functional teams to drive alignment and accountability

Enable Change & Adoption

Execute change management strategies to support adoption of new processes and systems

Develop and deliver communications, training, and stakeholder engagement plans

Lead workshops and feedback sessions to ensure business readiness and sustained adoption

What We’re Looking For

12+ years of experience in Finance transformation, consulting, or related roles

Strong program management experience delivering complex, global initiatives

Deep understanding of Finance processes (e.g., R2R, S2P, O2C) and operating model design

Experience with ERP implementations, automation, or analytics-driven transformation

Proven ability to influence and lead in a matrixed, cross-functional environment

Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders

Hands-on experience with change management and driving adoption

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree

PMP, Prosci, or other change/project management certifications

Background in management consulting (Big 4 or similar)

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.$148,500—$222,700 USDPlease note, Sony Interactive Entertainment conducts background checks at the offer stage for all new employees (which may include criminal background checks for some roles) and will need to process personal information to support these checks.
