My client is a major multinational insurance and financial services company, offering life insurance, pensions, asset management, and related products across Asia, the US, Europe, and other markets.
They are currently seeking a highly capable Financial Analyst to support the Finance function for the Bermuda insurance entity.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare management reports, perform variance analyses, and create presentation slides for business review meetings
- Support testing and implementation of finance systems (e.g., Strategic Coupa, Oracle), including smooth transition between old and new systems with proper knowledge transfer
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of governance frameworks and internal controls
- Support audit and compliance requirements to maintain a strong control environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Strong academic performance with good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
