Your new role
- Support business and operational analysis across multiple regional markets.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to performance, productivity, and KPIs.
- Undertake market research and provide financial analysis and modelling in support of corporate development and investment projects.
- Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
- Work closely with regional and local teams to understand business requirements and identify potential opportunities.
- Support process mapping, business case development, and ad‑hoc analytical projects
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, reporting, consulting, or operations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in both written and communication English and Chinese.
