Position Title: Financial Analyst

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Interview Process: In-person only The Financial Analyst supports program directors in managing grants, budgets, and financial compliance. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, monitors spending, and maintains controls in alignment with federal and state requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with program directors to manage grants, budgets, and timelines

• Monitor spending, reporting, draws, and rebates

• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations

• Set up and maintain financial controls in the system

• Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting

• Support audits, risk management, and cross-team collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Experience in financial analysis or grant management preferred

• Strong knowledge of accounting, reporting, and compliance

Skills

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
