Pay Range: $30 to $35 an hour.

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Contract Duration: 12 Months (Possibilities of Extension)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Finance professional to support planning, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting activities within a large enterprise environment. This role will partner with accounting, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely business insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced spreadsheet expertise, and experience managing multiple priorities. This opportunity is well suited for candidates who enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and supporting business decisions through data driven analysis. Candidates with experience in manufacturing or inventory environments are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support annual standard cost setting for externally manufactured products and devices.
  • Prepare financial forecasts for annual plans, latest estimates, and long range planning cycles.
  • Develop profit and loss, balance sheet, and expense planning reports.
  • Perform variance analysis and prepare management reporting schedules.
  • Partner with shared services teams during monthly close to ensure accurate financial results.
  • Analyze monthly actuals against budget and explain business drivers.
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis for leadership and internal business partners.
  • Reconcile inventory balances monthly and resolve discrepancies with operational teams.
  • Collaborate with third party manufacturers, plant teams, and supply chain groups.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and US GAAP.
  • Participate in inventory verification counts when required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 4 plus years of finance or accounting experience.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience using ERP system.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with planning systems.
  • Knowledge of standard costing.
  • Manufacturing or supply chain finance experience.
  • Inventory accounting experience.
  • Healthcare or regulated industry background.
