Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst III to support financial planning, reporting, and operational analysis for a fast-paced, data-driven organization. This role involves partnering cross-functionally to deliver insights that drive sound business decisions, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large, complex datasets while effectively communicating findings to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial planning and analysis to support business decisions.

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities.

• Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business analysis.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, Excel, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SAP, Oracle, SmartView, and SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with financial modeling and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Familiarity with advanced financial systems and tools such as Hyperion.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Ability to present financial insights and recommendations to leadership.

Work Environment

This position offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule with some flexibility, supporting a balanced work-life structure. It is a 100% onsite role located in West Hills, CA, facilitating collaboration, learning, and relationship-building. The role offers exposure to advanced financial systems and tools, providing valuable experience for future career progression.

This is a Contract position based out of West Hills, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
