Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Financial Analyst
to help analyze financial data, support reporting, and provide insights that guide business decisions. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, prepare forecasts, and improve financial planning processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and business performance.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Support budgeting, planning, and financial modeling activities.
- Review income, expenses, and key financial metrics.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Collaborate with business and finance teams to support decision-making.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and process improvement areas.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all financial work.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in financial analysis, accounting, business finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel or spreadsheet-based analysis.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and performance data.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both finance and non-finance teams.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial planning, forecasting, or budgeting.
- Familiarity with ERP, reporting, or business intelligence tools.
- Understanding of key financial metrics and performance analysis.
- Experience working in cross-functional or fast-paced environments.
- Exposure to automation or data visualisation tools.
