The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling and Power BI skills and experience translating complex data into actionable insights.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planningDevelop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide visibility into financial and operational performanceAnalyze financial results, identify trends, and explain variances to leadershipSupport the annual budget and forecasting processPartner with operational leaders to analyze service line performance and key metricsPrepare monthly and ad hoc financial reports for senior managementAssist with process improvements and automation of reporting
