Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related field; background in finance or accounting is preferred (experience with Chinese companies is a plus)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools/software, with the ability to handle and interpret large datasets
- CPA or equivalent professional certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Regularly collect and analyze financial data, prepare in-depth financial analysis reports, identify potential financial issues, and propose actionable solutions
- Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts; track variances between actual performance and budget, analyze discrepancies, and recommend adjustments
- Conduct cost analysis across business operations to help management identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency; evaluate profitability of business units and projects
- Define and monitor key financial metrics (e.g. gross margin, net profit margin, return on capital), and provide regular performance reports to management
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accurate data and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Participate in identifying and assessing financial risks; support the development of risk control measures to ensure compliance and sustainability
