Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Support changes in the Chart of Accounts (COA) in the central system, including data verification, system testing, and process documentation
  • Assist with system continuous improvement
  • Assist to support user engagement workshops for the implementation of new systems
  • Assist with the maintenance of master data in the central system
  • Organise and update user guides and Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems, or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience, familiar with finance processes
  • Keen interest in Ops Tech roles
  • Good critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical skills
  • Time management skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
