Financial Analyst - Entry Level

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. This role offers a unique opportunity for an entry-level or early-career candidate to gain hands-on experience in financial operations while supporting various inquiries and processes. The position involves a mix of in-office and remote work, providing flexibility and the tools needed for success.Responsibilities:• Respond to financial inquiries, including refunds, membership updates, cancellations, and account adjustments.• Serve as a backup for accounts receivable deposits and ensure timely processing.• Utilize tools such as VLOOKUPs and pivot tables to analyze financial data effectively.• Collaborate with the manager to receive on-the-job training and support.• Assist with maintaining and updating financial records in Workday and Salesforce systems.• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to inquiries within 2-3 business days.• Support ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting as needed.• Ensure compliance with established accounting practices and company policies.
