Financial Analyst - Finance and Operations

We are not currently considering any IT professionals, IT consultants or any applicants outside of Houston. This role sits in the corporate Accounting and Finance group; it is not Information Technology nor, a developer or systems analyst, or any other IT related role. The Financial Analyst (with a focus on Finance and Operational data) reports to Financial and Accounting leadership to support financial decision‑making through financial and operational data analysis and reporting in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled, data-driven Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and data analysis to support the business and deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Prepare recurring and ad‑hoc analyses of revenue, COGS and profitability.
• Analyze inventory trends, operating margins, expenses and cost estimates, providing reporting and recommendations, as needed.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, pricing analysis, and long‑range planning.
• Maintain data integrity and develop financial models using company systems.
• Prepare and analyze financial and operational data by customer accounts, product lines & locations.
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and assist the financial and accounting leadership with presentations and reporting.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

• 4-6 years of relevant corporate financial and data analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical and communication abilities. Adept at working in various ERP and business systems software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
