Role Overview
As a Financial Operations & Project Analyst, you will partner closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to oversee the financial lifecycle of projects. From budgeting and forecasting to vendor coordination and reporting, you will ensure that initiatives are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis – Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for marketing initiatives, providing insights that guide decision‑making and resource allocation.
- Project Budget Management – Establish and manage budgets across multiple projects, tracking spend by category, vendor, and initiative to ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Forecasting & Reporting – Assist in preparing quarterly forecasts and annual plans, delivering clear reporting on performance, trends, and key financial metrics.
- Vendor & Payment Coordination – Oversee vendor setup, invoice processing, and payment workflows, ensuring compliance with internal processes and timely execution.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, finance, legal, and external partners to coordinate deliverables, approvals, and project timelines.
- Process Optimization – Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve financial tracking, and enhance operational efficiency across projects.

What You Bring
- Financial & Analytical Skills – Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a professional environment.
- Project Management Ability – Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency – Experience with tools such as Excel and financial or ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms).
