Financial Analyst - Healthcare IT
- 5-8 years in healthcare finance / HIT cost analysis
- Experience evaluating budgets and cost reasonableness
- Knowledge of healthcare IT investments
Mandatory Requirements (All Profiles):
- Experience in rural healthcare environments
- Strong knowledge of Health IT systems (hardware + software)
- Experience with public health / state agencies / Medicaid programs
- Ability to work in advisory roles (vendor-neutral, no implementation bias)
- Strong communication skills (written + stakeholder interaction)
Preferred (High Priority):
- Experience in Minnesota or similar rural environments
- Experience supporting CMS-funded programs
- COVID-19 response / telehealth expansion experience
- Experience evaluating vendor solutions (neutral advisory role)

- This is a pure advisory engagement (NOT implementation)
- SMEs must be vendor-neutral (no exclusive affiliations with HIT vendors)
- Work will be fully remote
- Fast turnaround environment (high volume reviews ~125 applications)
