Job Overview:

We are looking for a Finance Manager who is a strategic thinker and creative problem solver to support this hyper-growth business as part of the WW Flex and DTO Finance team. This role partners with business leadership to provide strategic guidance and analytical decision making support for evaluating and prioritizing projects or initiatives. This role will work closely with cross-functional business leaders across the Last Mile organization and internal company businesses allowing for future opportunities to expand scope. Job Responsibilities:

Use solid financial knowledge and business acumen to build financial models, interpret data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations that deliver results, drive improvements, and influence leaders throughout the company Educate business partners on financial and non-financial trade-offs and provides guidance and financial analysis for new projects and initiatives Make thoughtful judgement calls in ambiguous environments where data may be scarce or difficult to procure Identify opportunities to resolve defects proactively. Improves, scales, or simplifies finance tools across teams and organizations

Job Requirements:

MBA preferred CFA or CPA preferred but BA/BS required in Finance accounting or related field 4+ years of experience in financial accounting Microsoft Excel efficiency Financial analysis and modeling in Excel Self-starter with strong business modeling skills Keen attention to detail and good track record of influencing business partner, Strong verbal and written communication skills Capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy Demonstrate a high degree of comfort with ambiguity besides holding a high bar on professional integrity

• Salary Range: $55/hr with Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits
