Job Description

Mensa is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to support our Finance department in maintaining financial records and ensuring compliance with audit standards. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in critical financial processes, enhance your expertise, and establish a strong foundation for a career in business and finance.

As a Financial Analyst intern, your key responsibilities include:

• Transform invoices into clear, readable materials for tracking and review
• Prepare and organize financial records with precision and clarity
• Assist with bookkeeping to keep our records tight and accurate
• Tackle ad-hoc tasks with agility
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and ensure our financial operations run smoothly

Skills & Requirements

• Business-related academic background is preferred (current undergraduate students are welcome)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a demonstrated capacity for independent initiative
