This role involves a hybrid work arrangement, combining office-based collaboration with remote flexibility. You will play a key role in supporting deal execution, financial modeling, valuation analysis, and client presentations. This position requires a strong quantitative aptitude, a keen understanding of financial markets, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with senior bankers on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic advisory services. Responsibilities: Develop complex financial models for valuation, forecasting, and transaction analysis. Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis. Assist in the preparation of client presentations, pitch books, and confidential information memorandums. Support senior bankers in all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence. Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators. Monitor industry trends and economic developments. Prepare and update marketing materials and deal-related documents. Assist with sourcing new business opportunities. Maintain relationships with clients and advisors. Adhere to all firm policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and accounting principles. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
