A prestigious investment bank is seeking an ambitious and highly analytical Financial Analyst to join its core team in Dallas, Texas, US . This role offers significant exposure to high-profile transactions and the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of capital markets. This position is crucial for supporting our M&A, corporate finance, and capital raising activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop complex financial models for valuation, LBOs, M&A, and other corporate finance transactions. Conduct in-depth market research and industry analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks. Prepare comprehensive pitch books, presentations, and client reports. Assist in due diligence processes for transactions. Analyze financial statements and key performance indicators of public and private companies. Support senior bankers in client meetings and negotiations. Monitor market trends and economic developments relevant to our client base. Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial analyses and data. Collaborate effectively with deal teams across various product groups. Contribute to the firm's knowledge base and deal sourcing efforts. Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related business field. Proven experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Excellent understanding of corporate finance principles and capital markets. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, VBA is a plus) and PowerPoint. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of integrity and professionalism. Prior internship or relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or transaction services is strongly preferred. CFA designation or progress towards it is an advantage. This role is based in our Dallas, Texas, US office, requiring full-time presence to facilitate close collaboration and deep engagement with deal teams and clients.
