The team is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and managing costs and expenditures.This role will also focus on setting up governance and internal controls, supporting cost recovery, and maintaining accurate financial data and records.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and reconcile financial accountsPrepare and explain variance reportsSupport budgeting and financial forecasting based on operating plansAssist in setting up governance and internal cost controlsSupport cost recovery processesConduct research on accounting impacts of different financial approachesManage and maintain financial data and records (SharePoint is heavily used)Present financial analysis and insights to managementRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience)2-5 years of experience in finance or accountingStrong knowledge of accounting and finance principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordExperience with financial reportingExperience using SharePoint (important for data and records management)Strong communication and presentation skills**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
