We are seeking a Financial Analyst – Property Finance to contribute to site-level budgeting and forecasting processes, perform variance analysis, and support various ad hoc financial and operational analyses. As a member of the Finance team, the role will partner closely with Asset Management, Leasing, Construction, and Property Management to validate and analyze key financial and business metrics, providing valuable exposure to property-level financial reporting and cross-functional engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage portfolio financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and deliver clear financial reports and analyses for senior leadership.
  • Support the site‑level budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
  • Partner with portfolio finance, asset management, leasing, construction, and property management teams to understand financial performance and key drivers
  • Identify process improvements and leverage technology (including AI tools) to enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis and assist in identifying trends and risks
  • Support ad‑hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in Real Estate Financial Analysis, Accounting, or a related analytical role (including internships or rotational programs) preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, and financial analysis
  • Technically savvy, with familiarity using AI tools, chatbots, or automation tools to improve efficiency and analysis
  • MRI experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams

The expected salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $65,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
