- Lead financial closing for the 3 BUs (eg Fiat, Mining and Earn)
- Lead data automation projects and accounting for new products and initiatives
- Reporting on business performance, market strategies and risks/opportunities
- Develop and monitor critical success metrics, and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
- Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders across BUs and Finance team to find solutions to challenges
- Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification and reporting enhancements
- This is an individual contributor role but will have the opportunity to grow / expand scope including rotation in various finance teams
- *Requirements**:
- Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration are preferred major fields
- Analytical problem solver with extensive experience building complex financial and/or operating models
- Meticulous and operationally discipline to meet tight deadlines on projects and accuracy in monthly reporting
- Ability to develop succinct narratives outlining the key-points of a deliverable next steps and action items
- Demonstrated abilities to ask the right questions and to use sound business judgment when collaborating with a wide-range of stakeholders
- Proven proclivity for quickly identifying and methodically resolving potential road-blocks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a willingness to proactively work with functions across the company, including board members
