WSP in the Middle East is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Emirati National Graduate to join our Finance team as a Graduate‑Financial Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands‑on experience in financial operations, compliance, and statutory reporting within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing tax filings and related documentation to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Support the compilation and submission of statutory financial statements in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with relevant financial laws, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to financial reporting and reconciliation activities as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather data and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• UAE National (with a valid Family Book).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship or work experience.
• Interest in developing a career in taxation, regulatory compliance, and statutory reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic financial tools.
• Strong communication skills and attention to details.
