About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Business Partner to support our Hong Kong operations. In this role, you will act as a key finance advisor to the business, providing forward-looking financial insights, managing P&L, optimizing budgeting and forecasting processes, and supporting decision-making across business functions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, enhance data quality, and enable efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic finance business partner, providing proactive financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Manage business line P&L, including revenue breakdown, cost allocation, and profitability analysis.
  • Build and optimize budget management frameworks, driving annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor cash usage and enhance fund efficiency to support business growth initiatives.
  • Streamline internal processes and strengthen financial controls to improve operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines.
  • Approximately 7 years of relevant finance experience, with prior experience in one of the Big Four accounting firms preferred.
  • Strong foundation in finance and accounting with excellent analytical and commercial skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across different teams to drive execution.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, high resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Proficient in Excel (financial modeling, data analysis, etc.) and familiar with financial and management reporting frameworks (P&L, budgeting, forecasting).
  • Strong data analysis capabilities, with experience in automation or data tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with financial products or asset management business logic is a plus.
  • Holding professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA is advantageous.
