Financial Planning Analyst (Diesel, Marni, Maison Margiela, Jil Sander)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Perform in various areas report to Financial Controller on preparing full set of account analysis, especially expenses allocation/analysis reports and IC recharge.
• Coordinate with SSC team in Shanghai to deep dive expenses allocation and analysis and Bank account setting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, expenses reports and cash flow reports
• Prepare budgets and forecasts planning process.
• Work closely with retail team to do store analysis and prepare analysis for new store and any ad-hoc supports.
• Assist in preparing financial documents for companies.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting / Finance or related subjects
• Student member of HKICPA/ ACCA/ CPAA is highly preferred
• Min. 3 years experience in accounting, preferably in retail industry
• Attention to detail, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
• Familiar with SAP is preferred and proficiency in Excel is a must
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, willing to learn, able to work under pressure and a good team player
• Immediately available is highly preferred
