As our Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst- you will report to the Senior Business Controller. You will support the financial analysis, planning and reporting and internal control needs of the business.

On a given day, you may:

  • Forecasts profit and loss (P&L) weekly. Maintains and develops models to support forecasts and annual plans.
  • Works closely with project management to ensure accurate forecasting of project timelines.
  • Prepares weekly inbound reports and freight analysis.
  • Ensures the site complies with financial standards, maintains internal controls, and supports corporate audits.
  • Works with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting by assisting in month-end close and identifying variances from expectations and trends.

Requirements for the role

  • Bachelor's degree with Accounting or Finance is required. Bachelor's degree in Math, Business or Computer Science with Finance or Accounting minor is acceptable. CPA/MBA preferred.
  • A substantial level of independent thinking and strong analytical skills are required.
  • Effective communication skills (written, spoken and listening) are required with ability to interact with all levels of management.
  • Advanced Excel is required. Ability to analyze large amounts of data.
  • SyteLine ERP experience preferred. ERP experience required.
  • Must be a focused, proactive self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
