FP&A Analyst

Location: San Francisco, CA (100% On‑Site)

We’re partnering with a fast‑growing, lifestyle‑focused organization to hire an FP&A Analyst to join a lean, high‑impact finance team. This role offers strong visibility, close partnership with leadership, and hands‑on exposure to real business decision‑making.

This is an on‑site role in San Francisco and is ideal for someone early in their finance career who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses
• Partner closely with Accounting, Operations, and cross‑functional teams
• Own recurring monthly reporting as well as ad‑hoc analytical projects
• Prepare clear, detail‑oriented reporting for leadership

What They’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or Big 4 audit/advisory
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large models)
• Solid understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts
• Self‑starter mindset with strong attention to detail
• Curious, driven, and comfortable working in a lean team
