Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Position Overview

NEW FP&A Manager opportunity at a prestigious Seattle real estate investment firm. This newly created role reports to the CFO and provides essential FP&A and investment decision support. Location: Seattle, HYBRID (with company paid parking or ORCA card). In this role, you will maintain and update existing real estate models and long-term forecasts, perform P&L and cash flow analysis, and manage valuations, ROI, and scenario analysis. You will also provide insights, commentary, and prepare materials for Board presentations, assist with Treasury operations, and lead projects that enhance processes and drive key financial analysis. Compensation: Up to $150K DOE with healthy bonus potential, outstanding retirement plan, and great benefits. There is ample opportunity for growth and continued development.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update real estate models and long-term forecasts.

• Perform P&L and cash flow analysis.

• Manage valuations, ROI, and scenario analysis for investment decision support.

• Provide insights, commentary, and prepare materials for Board presentations.

• Assist with Treasury functions.

• Lead projects aimed at improving financial processes and analysis.

Required Qualifications

• Education: BA in Finance/Accounting or a related field.

• Experience Required: 5+ years in the real estate industry with a strong background in accounting/audit.

• Proven experience with Yardi.
