Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Our client is a buy side investment firm expanding its team and adding a key hire to support ongoing growth. This role sits close to the investment process, partnering with senior leadership and deal teams to drive analysis, execution, and performance insights across the platform.

• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and performance reporting
• Partner with the deal team on transaction structuring, analysis, and investment decisions
• Support day to day execution across active deals and portfolio initiatives
• Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic and operational priorities
• Conduct benchmarking, planning, and trend analysis to inform business performance
