Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Job Title: FP&A Anayst

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 6 Month Contract with Ext

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data validation and mapping for ERP migration

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Build and maintain financial models for workforce planning

Analyze large datasets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Tech)

Assist in Oracle-to-ERP data migration and system implementation

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of FP&A/finance experience (or equivalent experience)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, formulas) and PowerPoint

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Detail-oriented, self-starter, and able to work independently

Nice to Have:

Experience with Oracle Financials or Cognos TM1

Familiarity with Google Workspace

Experience in large data environments or ERP projects
