We're Hiring: Financial Planning & MIS Analyst (UAEN)

Are you passionate about financial analysis, budgeting, and data-driven decision-making Join our team and play a key role in shaping financial insights and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Support financial planning and MIS reporting for accurate performance tracking

Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets in collaboration with internal departments

Conduct variance analysis between actual vs forecasted results

Provide insights to improve profitability and cost control

Enhance financial tools and reporting processes (Hyperion, Oracle, Excel)

Ensure compliance with group financial policies and standards

Technical Skills:

• Annual budgeting & reforecasting
• Variance analysis (budget vs actual)
• Management reporting / dashboards
• Financial modelling (not just templates)
• KPI tracking
• Stakeholder coordination (non-finance)
• Exposure to feasibility or project analysis
• Excel (advanced formulas, models)
• Systems exposure (Hyperion, Oracle/SAP)

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

Professional certification such as CA / ACCA / CPA is a plus

2–3 years of experience in Finance

Experience in real estate or budgeting is a strong advantage

Strong knowledge of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data analysis & modeling)

Hands-on experience with MIS, Oracle, and budgeting tools
