Position: Accounting & Audit Expert Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$105/hour Duration: 1–2 months Commitment: 20 hours/week Role Responsibilities • Evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory frameworks.

• Calibrate AI decision-making processes in tasks such as journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Simulate and audit workflows related to the financial close process, consolidations, tax filings, and internal controls.
• Provide domain-specific feedback on AI-generated financial statements, disclosures, audit working papers, and management reports.
• Collaborate asynchronously with product and AI teams to refine systems based on accounting best practices and real-world scenarios.

Qualifications Must-Have • 2+ years of professional accounting experience at top-tier public accounting firms or Fortune 500 corporate finance/accounting departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, or ACCA.
• Strong technical accounting proficiency, including knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other relevant frameworks.
• Expertise in core accounting processes like financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Compensation & Legal • Hourly Rate: Competitive and based on experience ($50–$105/hour)

• Performance Bonus: Top performers receive a weekly bonus incentive in the range of $20–$100/hour on top of their pay rate.
