Financial Risk Manager

A company is looking for a Financial Risk Manager to support the development of financial products for institutional customers.

Key Responsibilities

Co-design financial products and value propositions with the Product Lead, ensuring competitiveness and structural soundness

Assess financial, counterparty, liquidity, and interest rate risks, and conduct stress testing on yield strategies

Build risk assessment frameworks, financial models, and evaluation criteria from scratch to guide product and capital decisions

Required Qualifications

Experience in financial product design, risk strategy, or structured finance within fintech, crypto, or asset management

Strong understanding of DeFi protocol mechanics and structured product risk

Hands-on experience in stress-testing financial products and assessing on-chain and off-chain risks

Ability to build frameworks and financial models from scratch

Builder mindset with the capability to define structure and operate without predefined processes
