  • Collaborate with team members to ensure finish work is accurate, consistent, and ready for final paint.
  • Interpret shop and construction drawings to guide accurate installations.
  • Rout hinge locations, apply edge banding, and assemble complex trim assemblies using biscuits or domino joinery.
  • Conduct quality checks to uphold company craftsmanship standards.
  • Maintain clean, organized workspaces and follow all safety procedures.
  • Participate in occasional on-site installation work post-delivery of modular units.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of finish carpentry experience.
  • Skilled in cabinetry and detailed trim work, including crown, base, and casing.
  • Experience with domino or biscuit joinery preferred.
  • Comfortable routing hinges and applying edge banding when needed.
  • Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in overhead positions for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Primary work location: Reframe’s factory in Andover, MA.
  • Occasional work at local installation sites (e.g., Somerville, Devens).
  • Physical demands include standing, lifting, bending, and handling materials/tools.
  • Some overtime or weekend work may be required to meet production schedules.
