As a FinTech Digital Asset Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding Financial Services clients through digital asset transformations, utilizing your technical and business expertise.

In this role, you will:

• Lead teams in planning and performing risk assessments related to digital asset products.
• Develop innovative controls to mitigate unique risks associated with cryptocurrencies and digital asset technologies.
• Collaborate with forensic experts to enhance fraud controls and provide governance advice to senior executives.
• Drive quality and risk management initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulations and overseeing project management and delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and foster long-lasting client relationships.
• Conduct frequent travel for client interactions that contribute to sales growth.

We are looking for innovators who stay updated on emerging technologies, including blockchain, and possess a blend of technical know-how and business insight. Ideal candidates will:

• Have a Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Understand cryptocurrencies and blockchain mechanics, as well as the regulatory landscape affecting Financial Institutions.
• Show expertise in technology risk, compliance, and audit roles.
• Have strong attention to detail with experience in risk and compliance programs.
