As we expand into an exciting new area, your expertise will be instrumental in shaping how AI Assistant models understand financial principles and decision-making processes. We are seeking experienced finance professionals with advanced degrees (MBA or higher) and relevant professional experience to join our growing team. In this position, you will:

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses regarding macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Utilize your education and experience to validate the accuracy and reasoning of the AI Assistant's outputs.
• Challenge the models with complex, real-world scenarios and edge cases to identify strengths and weaknesses in their reasoning.
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to improve each version of the AI for smarter, more reliable performance.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent financial reasoning skills and training in a finance-related discipline. A Master's or PhD (completed or currently in progress) is strongly preferred, with relevant backgrounds including:

• Corporate Development

• Insurance Planning

Responsibilities:

• Present diverse, complex problems to AI chatbots and evaluate their responses.
• Assess the quality, correctness, and performance of outputs produced by AI models.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level).
• Detail-oriented and proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related reasoning exercises.
• A Master's and/or PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
