As we expand into an innovative field, you will help train AI Assistant models to become invaluable tools for finance professionals. We are looking for seasoned finance experts with advanced degrees (MBA+) and substantial professional experience to guide AI in understanding financial principles and decision-making.
In this role, you will:
- Review and refine AI Assistant responses concerning macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
- Utilize your education and experience to validate the reasoning and accuracy of the AI Assistant's outputs.
- Challenge the models with complex, real-world scenarios to identify their strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide structured and insightful feedback to enhance each AI version's intelligence and reliability.
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- Expertise in financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related field.
- A completed or in-progress Master's or PhD is strongly preferred.
- Relevant professional backgrounds, such as Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, or Insurance Planning.
