Join Canadian Tire as a Forecasting Insights and Data Communications Analyst in Toronto, ON, and leverage your forecasting expertise. You will synthesize financial data to drive strategic insights and reporting. This full-time position requires a strong foundation in financial analytics and construction methodologies.

You’ll interpret construction and financial data, ensuring that your insights are communicated effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborating closely with various departments, your work will shape forecasting strategies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret forecasting data to identify trends and risks
  • Develop visual reports utilizing Power BI and Excel
  • Communicate findings to construction leadership effectively
  • Collaborate across teams to validate forecasting assumptions
  • Perform root-cause analysis on forecast variances Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an analytical role
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities
