The Role
• Secretarial support to IR team: Act as a trusted right hand to senior leadership, managing priorities, communications, and day-to-day coordination to keep the team operating seamlessly.
• Calendar and travel management: Coordinate complex diaries and global travel logistics, ensuring smooth planning across time zones and high-level engagements.
• Investor relations support: Provide administrative support to the IR team, including maintaining and updating the investor CRM/database and assisting with reporting materials.
• Roadshow and meeting coordination: Support the planning and execution of investor meetings and roadshows, ensuring logistics, materials, and schedules are well organised.
• Expense and documentation handling: Oversee expense processing and documentation with precision, maintaining accurate records with full discretion.
• Vendor and office management: Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee office operations, ensuring a well-run and professional working environment.
Your Profile
• A proper university degree is required.
• 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
• Demonstrates a stable and consistent employment history.
• Experience supporting Investor Relations teams and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin; Cantonese is a plus.
• Proactive and mature, with strong organisational and time management skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Creative problem solver with strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
