Alpic is the first all-in-one MCP cloud platform. We’re entering a major shift where AI is not just replacing search, but starting to act on our behalf through agents. These agents won’t communicate on human interfaces, but through AI-native protocols.

MCP Apps are emerging as the new distribution channel for businesses in an agent-driven world, and with the launch of the ChatGPT App Store last fall, that shift became even more real. A new web powered by MCP is emerging, and every online business will soon need one to stay relevant.

Alpic is building the foundation for this new internet: a unified platform to build, deploy, and monitor MCP with ease. Our goal is to deliver the simplicity of Vercel, the edge performance of Cloudflare, and the routing power of Kong - all for AI-native workflows.

TEAM

Repeat founders with a successful exit under our belt, we've known each other since university and have weathered 10+ years of startup life together at Streamroot. We're also early contributors and active players in the MCP community building the foundations of the agent-based internet.

We raised a $6M preseed round last September led by Partech, with participation from Kima Ventures, Galion.exe, and founders from Mistral, Datadog, and Dataiku. The team is now 15 strong, based in Paris.

We're passionate, fast-moving, and international, with high ambitions and low tolerance for ego. We value teamwork, the right to fail fast and learn, resilience, and humility. The mountains are non-negotiable: our annual ski offsite is sacred, and we think you should be able to build a billion-dollar company and still make the last lift.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a creative, high-energy founders associate to help us accelerate our growth and scale our business. This is a generalist role across go-to-market and operations. You'll work directly with the founders across whatever the company needs most. This could include:

• Finance & accounting: fundraising support, KPI and investor reporting, cash flow projections, and day-to-day accounting

• Business / revenue operations: drive internal process optimization with AI (CRM automation, KPI tracking), and helping us run a fast-growing company day-to-day

• People & legal: help shape how we hire, onboard, and retain a world-class team, while keeping the legal and corporate foundations solid as we scale

• Growth: build customer acquisition workflows, run messaging and product experiments, and organize events to grow the community around the Alpic platform

• Market intelligence: track the MCP ecosystem, surface competitive signals, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

You're a good fit if:

• You're pursuing a degree at a top-tier business or engineering school

• You work independently and thrive in a very fast-paced environment

• You have strong written and verbal communication in English, as well as excellent analytical skills

• You learn quickly and can turn a vague vision into concrete action

You're an excellent fit if:

• You've worked at a fast-growing tech startup before

• You're genuinely curious about AI agents and MCP

Duration: 5 months minimum, with possible shift to a full-time contract afterwards
